Description:
This wonderful battery-operated plush female bear is perched on a lithographed tin stand that says "Bubble Blowing Washing Bear." The box calls the item "Battery Operated Bubbles Washing Bear."

Directions say to just add soap liquid and the bear washes, scrubs up and down, and bubbles come up out of the wash tub.

Manufactured by Y toys of Japan. Marked Rosko Steel Inc. No.825.
