These are typical of dime-store bubble pipes from the late fifties and sixties. The brown pipe is copyright 1958 and the green one is copyright 1965. The red pipe is in a bag with a header rather than on a card. Chemtoy, the manufacturer, was Chemical Sundries Co. in earlier years.
The pipes came in a large variety of colors. The cards and headers they came on said things like, "Blo soap bubbles for fun," "Just dip the rim of pipe into liquid and blow," and "For big colorful bubbles ... use Wonder or U-Blow-It liquid." The measurements above are for one bubble pipe.
