Description:
These four characters are from the DragonBall Z television cartoon show. The figures can all be twisted at the waist. They have strings so they can be hung around the need, are mounted on bottles of bubble solution, and have an attached wand for blowing bubbles.

Thanks to Nessa Chan, I now know their names. The two in orange are Goku, the star of the show. The one in blue is Vegeta, and the green one is called Piccolo. Thanks, Nessa!
