These are character bubble blowers from the "Peanuts" cartoons. The figures are attached to a cap; when the cap is unscrewed you can use the attached bubble wand. The figures include: Lucy holding a book and pencil, Woodstock sitting on a pile of books, Linus with a blanket and his thumb in his mouth, Snoopy holding Woodstock, Charlie Brown with a report card that says in red "100" and has a red checkmark, and Snoopy dressed as Joe Cool with a backwards cap, sunglasses, and backpack.
